Project Management

The object of the project is the work carried out in a certain period of time related to the production of any product, goods, performance of services.

As far as we know, any organization and company has a core principle and a set goal, and within that principle one or another project is implemented. Project management is primarily a tool to achieve a set goal. In other words, effective project management is not only about managing a project wisely, but also about managing a set of tools that can be used to achieve a set goal.
